What makes the call better
Four or five sentences is plenty. The useful ones usually cover:
- What is stuck. The problem in your own words, including the part that is embarrassing.
- What you have tried. Saves both of us a discovery call.
- Who is involved. Team size, who owns the decision, who will live with the result.
- Timing. A real date if there is one, and what happens if it slips.
- Budget range. Even a rough band. It changes what gets recommended, and it is a faster conversation than pretending it does not matter.
Inbound about speaking, panels, and workshops is welcome through the same form.
